AICIRA reviews files for imported goods held at customs. It identifies whether a solution exists and, where one is found, offers a paid Solution Report presenting suitable resolution options. During the current development phase, only files with an invoiced value of €50,000 or more are accepted, and reviews are not instant. We may decline any file at our discretion.

You may submit a file only if you are the owner or importer of the goods, or are authorised to act on their behalf, for example as their customs broker or representative. By submitting a file, you confirm that you have this authority and that the documents you provide are genuine, accurate and complete.

The initial review of your file is free of charge. If a solution is found, we will send you a proposal for a Solution Report, stating its scope and fee. If no solution is found, we will inform you, and no fee is charged.

You are free to accept or decline a Solution Report proposal. If you decline, you exit the system without any cost or further obligation. If you accept, the fee and payment terms stated in the proposal apply. There is no membership fee.

The Solution Report presents resolution options based on the information you provide and the regulations in force at the time of analysis. Decisions on the release of goods are made solely by the competent authorities. AICIRA does not guarantee the release of goods, any specific outcome, or any timeframe. You and your authorised representatives are responsible for implementing any option you choose. The Solution Report does not replace licensed customs representation or legal representation.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to inform us promptly of any changes to your file, and to use our services only for lawful purposes. AICIRA identifies solutions only within applicable national and international regulations, and will not assist in circumventing customs controls, product safety requirements or any other legal obligation.

We treat all files and documents as confidential and use them only to provide our services. We never disclose the identity of our clients or the countries we serve. Information from files may be used in anonymised form to develop and improve our systems, with no identification of you, your company or your goods.

The AICIRA name, website, systems and methods are our property. Each Solution Report is provided for your own use in resolving the file concerned. You may share it with your authorised representatives and the relevant authorities, but you may not resell, publish or distribute it otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, AICIRA is not liable for decisions of customs or other authorities, for storage, demurrage or other costs arising from the hold, for delays, or for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in connection with a Solution Report is limited to the fee paid for that report. No liability arises from the free Solution Scan. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or end the review of any file if the information provided is false or incomplete, if the purpose appears unlawful, or if these Terms are breached.

AICIRA is in its development phase, and our services, eligibility criteria and these Terms may change. The version published on this page at the time you submit a file applies to that file.
